About Cobra Cycles

Cobra Cycles is a full service motorcycle shop located in Burlington, WA. We are dedicated to delivering our customers the best service experience possible. Our team has known and worked with each other for a number of years, and you likely have seen us and our work before. We are excited to continue working together at this new business, bringing back the small shop feel that got all of us into the business years ago, with help from a longtime friend, previous customer, motorcycle enthusiast and now owner! Between the staff there is over 100 years of extensive factory experience, with specialized one-on-one service tailored to each customer’s needs.

We have 2 factory-trained technicians on staff, who are sought after in the Tri-County area! We offer a pick-up and delivery service, so there is no need to ride in on a cold day, or excuse to not get it done. We service Whatcom, Skagit, Island, and Snohomish counties.

We are an authorized Harley-Davidson and Zurich extended warranty repair facility, interval services, insurance estimates, Forever Warranty repairs, Torque Prepaid Maintenances and more!

Cobra Cycles is an authorized dealer for Rockford Fosgate and our technicians are both Rockford Fosgate certified and ready to install.

HARLEY-DAVIDSON SERVICE ADVISOR (DEALERSHIP EXP)

Do you speak fluent Harley-Davidson? We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Service Advisor with proven dealership experience, understands the Harley-Davidson customer experience, and can handle accurate parts lookup like a pro.

What You’ll Do:
Greet customers, write up service requests, and keep repairs moving smoothly
Use the Cobra Cycles process to maximize efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction
Communicate clearly with techs, parts, and customers
Perform accurate parts lookup to keep jobs on track and customers happy
Keep the service lane running like a well-tuned Harley

What We’re Looking For:
Service Advisor training/experience REQUIRED
Harley-Davidson and dealership service writing experience strongly preferred
Parts lookup skills are a must
Positive attitude, great people skills, and problem-solving ability
Ability to juggle multiple jobs without dropping the ball

HARLEY-DAVIDSON MASTER TECH

Cobra Cycles is looking to hire a motivated and experienced Harley-Davidson Master Technician.  Here we have a close knit staff that works hard and plays hard.  We pride ourselves in high quality work and ethic.  Our staff is what makes this a great shop for both us and the customer.  Earn money all year round as we do a lot of performance builds, damage repairs, custom builds and more. Currently have 7 lifts and 3 technicians.  Generous compensation depending on experience and certification.
Requirements:
• Valid driver’s license with motorcycle endorsement
• Harley-Davidson certification
• Must have own tools
• Ability to bend, stoop, crouch, reach, and handle tools
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds of material
• Ability to balance and push a 500+ pound motorcycle
• Focus on quality and customer service
• Organization and attention to detail in a high-volume environment
• Focus on quality service work
• Maintain productivity
• Maintain clean and efficient workspace
