Our team includes Master and factory-trained technicians with decades of motorcycle industry experience, backed by convenient pick-up and delivery and a full-service shop equipped to handle your ride from routine service to custom performance. We’re also an authorized Harley-Davidson and Zurich extended warranty repair facility, offering insurance estimates, Forever Warranty repairs, Torque prepaid maintenance, and more.

Meet the Team
Martin
Owner
Martin has been riding motorcycles since 1997 and was already a local business owner before opening Cobra Cycles in 2021. His goal was to build a great team that provides excellent service for fellow motorcycle enthusiasts.
Troy
Service Manager
Troy has more than two decades of experience in the motorcycle industry. He joined Cobra Cycles in 2023 and is our Service Manager who oversees technicians, coordinates schedules, and ensures each project runs smoothly. His love for motorcycles started with riding dirt bikes as a teen. As an adult, he loves building and tuning engines for their best performance.
Jacob
Master Technician
Jake has been biking and wrenching since he was 12 years old. He is a certified Master Technician and went to the Motorcycle Mechanic Institute (MMI) in Phoenix. While he will happily work on anything, engines are his favorite thing to work on. He worked at Harley-Davidson for seven years before joining Cobra Cycles.
Jason
Service Advisor
Jason joined the Cobra Cycles team in 2025, bringing motorcycle industry experience dating back to 2009 after transitioning from the automotive field and graduating from Motorcycle Mechanics Institute (MMI). He assists customers, orders parts, and builds repair orders while taking pride in Cobra Cycles’ small-shop, team-oriented atmosphere and working closely with both customers and technicians.
James
Technician / Tuner
James has been with Cobra Cycles since 2024, and brings over five years of professional experience and over two decades of hands-on motorcycle knowledge to the team. He specializes in custom builds and high-performance modifications. He’s HDU, Royal Enfield, and Dynojet certified, and his attention to detail shows in every bike that leaves his lift.
Chaz
Technician
Chaz joined Cobra Cycles in 2023 as a technician specializing in service, tires, and engine work. After years of working on cars, he found motorcycles were more fun to ride and work on. Chaz rides a 2011 Harley-Davidson Road Glide Ultra, loves the look and sound of Harleys, and dreams of building a Low Rider ST with a 131 motor.

My boyfriend recommended Cobra to me as they have done great work on a couple of his bikes. My bike started vibrating more than normal just before we were heading out on a group motorcycle camping trip. They fit me in the morning we were heading out, fixed the problem and sent me on my way. I was traveling and in need of an oil change and a new front tire. None of the Honda dealerships within 100 miles of me could touch my bike anytime soon. I called Cobra Cycles, they said if I would bring it in the next morning, they'd work me in. All I can say is the shop as a whole is fantastic!! They care about what they do, they go above and beyond for their regulars as well as for someone they may never see again. Everyone there clearly loves what they do. I saw a lot while I was there and all I can say is if you're in Burlington, WA you're blessed with a GREAT shop (Harley or any other bike (I was on a Goldwing) and if I'm ever out this way again I'll definitely be stopping in. Thanks again for the great service!!

These guys are great. They did a great job tuning my bike and fixing my stripped out oil pan. I was quoted 600 to fix the oil pan and then they called me and said it was gonna be easier than expected, so only charged me 300! They are honest and fair with their prices. How many shops do you know that charge LESS than the quote??? I'll always use them for whatever i can't handle myself.

Doing good work on my bike quickly while their shop is packed with bikes. Update: the bike is done and I'm so impressed by the work they did. 2 other experienced mechs have worked on it and never totally fixed up the ignition/choke issues it had. It's never ran this well since I've owned it. Thanks everyone!
